Once we proceed with an application, we will guide you through each stage of the application process, leveraging our deep industry insights and expertise. Often, we will have an informal discussion with the business about the role and your fit prior to this. Once you progress to interview, we will thoroughly brief you for every stage and provide you with extensive preparation notes to provide you with the best opportunity for success.
PLACEMENT AND BEYOND
Upon securing an offer from the business, we will then manage the transition process to ensure it is a seamless as possible, from you receiving the contract, through on-boarding to starting. Long-term relationships are central to how we work, which is why we meet with all candidates a month after joining and continue to act as an independent sounding board for advice and progression throughout your career.
