1.1         At Hemford Brooks Executive Search we are committed to safeguarding and preserving the privacy of our visitors.

In running and maintaining our website we may collect and process the following data about you:

2.1         Information about your use of our site including details of your visits such as pages viewed and the resources that you access. Such information includes traffic data, location data and other communication data.

2.2         Information provided voluntarily by you. For example, when you register for information or make an application either via an advertisement through a job board, Hemford Brooks Enquiries, or through the Register page on this site.

2.3         Information that you provide when you communicate with us by any means which may include email address, contact number, home address, employment details, educational details, marital status.

3.1         Cookies provide information regarding the computer used by a visitor. We may use cookies where appropriate to gather information about your interaction with our website in order to assist us in improving our online services.

3.2         We may gather information about your general internet use by using the cookie. Where used, these cookies are downloaded to your computer and stored on the computer’s hard drive. Such information will not identify you personally; it is statistical data which does not identify any personal details whatsoever.

4  How we use your data

4.1         Hemford Brooks uses your data to provide a personalised and optimised experience of our work finding services. The legal basis for this processing is consent OR legitimate interest, namely monitoring and improving our services as well as providing a streamlined customer experience.

4.2         We may process your data in order to contact you via our e-newsletter with updates on our latest career opportunities.

4.3         We may process your data to keep an accurate record of interactions you have had with Hemford Brooks.

4.4         To provide information to you relating to other products that may be of interest to you. Such additional information will only be provided where you have consented to receive such information.

5  Data sharing

5.1         We never give your details to third parties to use your data to enable them to provide you with information regarding unrelated goods or services.

5.2         If you have secured employment through Hemford Brooks’s service then your data will be shared with our accounting and payroll team as part of the invoicing process.

6  How we protect your data

6.1         Hemford Brooks uses the cloud hosting services of Nasstar, which provides end to end encryption services from the client to the server to ensure that company data is secure and protected in the UK.

7 Data retention and deletion

7.1         Hemford Brooks retains all data which has been provided through consent by the data subject until a request by the subject has been made for the data to be removed. We hold this data on the basis of legitimate interest.

7.2         Additionally, we actively review our records on a regular basis to ensure that the data held is accurate and up to date.

8  Data processing of minors

8.1         Hemford Brooks does not hold any data on any person under the age of 18.

9  Right to access information

9.1         You have the right to confirmation as to whether or not we process your personal data and, where we do, access to the personal data, together with certain additional information.

9.2         You have the right to have any inaccurate personal data about you rectified and, taking into account the purposes of the processing, to have any incomplete personal data about you completed.

9.3         You have the right to the erasure of your personal data.
